  • just wondering why Jim sang lead on this? I like it fine but had rather had the way it was originally recorded...RIP Jim and the rest...

  • @sandlot40

I like to think of it as a reconciliation between David and Jim. As we (they) age, hearts soften. I don't know that it is, but I like to think of it as that way.

  • Great voice!!!!

  • I'll just guess David handed the song to James because it was more suited to his voice. David had a great voice for ballads, but James could sing ANYTHING! Reminds me of Elvis Presley in that way - not that he sounded anything like Elvis, but just that both could handle any and every kind of song.

  • And how is James Griffin gone...damn, I hate cancer. And I wish I'd seen him play in person. R.I.P James.

  • How is David 70?!!! He looks about 45 in this video. God bless...and thanks for the music.

  • Great re-union of the band though everyone has passed away now but David Gates survives and today's 70 y.o. birthday,,Happy Birthday old man from Tulsa!!!

  • What's up with the 3rd guitarist??
