Should EU create a Middleastern Union between Israel & Arabs & Turkey

Should the EU create peace in the Middle east through a trade and security organization of the middle east.
Should Turkey and Israel form this union with the Arab states but what will happen if Iran and Saudi Arabia are in this Union.

There was already Ottoman Empire there as a union. Israel and Arabs never wants a union with their old masters(Turks). Besides arabs and israil can never get along. Turkey is one of the place where European history started(even Herodotos was born there, Troy was there). The country is muslim "now". Cyprus is not in europe, part of Turkey still is in Europe continent.
