The new stealth plane or aircraft is the F-22 Raptor. Plans for the plane have been around for 20 years. This is truly the air superiority plane for the USAF.

SU-37 has better maneuverability, I think it will point the nose to target a lot quicker than F-22 but F-22 will blows SU-37 up before SU-37 have time to realize what happen.

Yes, low frequency can pick up stealth but US stealth technology also includes low frequency radar jamming.

I heard thatlow frequency and VHF radar can defeat stealth. Why don't we develop the accuracy of low frequency radar and put that into the f22 giving it a even greater advantage over other stealth fighters? The raptor cannot pick up another f22 raptor 1000 kilometers away unless it has low frequency radar? we should change that.
