other rain

This is not much except me fooling around on a rainy spring Saturday in 2007, to which I added the music to the following day.

There is some graffiti that I find interesting as it is not visible to the public and so is not a sort of vandalism that I generally find offensive. The piece featured here is not on private property and is not in a place were it might be perceived as offensive to the consensus of the city. It is really alright by me, and I like it too.

Part of the reason I really like this particular work of graffiti is because it's design reminds me of the old CTW video 'capital I'

which is of course a commentary on the ego. The 'capital I' video is in contrast to the video which is about the celebration of "the pair" illustrated by CTW's 'Lower case n'

The tune is actually called other rain and is something I did at home on a saturday, and I did the video in my neighborhood on sunday. It was a pretty productive weekend for me.
