The American Legion Post 186 in Little River, South Carolina held it's second annual American Pride March on July 4, 2011.

About 100+ marching volunteers gathered to march the United States Flag, the South Carolina Flag, and the POW/MIA Flag from the northern and southern points of North Myrtle Beach to gather together in downtown with the F-16 Salute from the Shore fly over.

There were many folks that saluted the efforts and joined in the march including World War II veterans to recent veterans of our armed forces. The civilian volunteers came together with our veterans to march the flags some 10 miles along the coast of South Carolina.

This is just a minor clip of the photos and film taken this day.

  • That's my Daniel, born in the USA in a Navy Hospital on a Marine Corps Base. I can say his patriotism is contagious. Bless his heart! Seriously this moves me nearly to tears. God Bless America, my home sweet home.
