    YOur arms are getting HUGE.

    Looks like you could crack a walnut between your biceps and forearm!!!

    You can really see the MASSIVE STRENGTH you possess.

    When you were holding the resistance bands I noticed that it was like a two year old was pulling on them instead of a FULL GROWN MAN.

    You are definitely turning your body into a work of art.
