Awesome drumming. Terrible curtains.

I keep coming back to this vid, mad skills!

At last a great bit of playing along which isn't drowned out by the track. Great choice ! Great drumming !
-
thanks for showing how bizarre the patterns of this song are. some skill right there
-
awesome job dude

You do it so well...
It's odd drums to play, seems like.
Good job, feller.

sounds great on one more red nightmare!!!
-
So awesome to see this drum part transcribed and played perfectly! Such weird patterns!

Also, I wasn't kidding when I said that I'd start a band with you if you lived in the States. I've been wanting to start a Noise Rock band proper, and I think getting my saxophonist brother in on it would be a nice touch. Oh, well!
Speaking of Bruford and King Crimson, I wouldn't mind seeing a drum cover of "One More Red Nightmare". Song kicks ass.
Awesome work man, good job.
Those K Custom Hybrid hats you got there?

Correct! 13.25". I love them. I've since bought a 17" Hybrid crash and will soon have a19".
Both the crashes you see here are cracked.

If I had the money I would invest in those hats man.
The Hybrids are akira jimbo's main noise device arnt they?
I am really impressed by those vid you made and you look very comfortable playing it, which is even more impressive.
Being honest I am trying to learn this song and your vid is a huge help.

I'm not too familiar with Akira Jimbo's work yet. I will look it up!!
Thanks for the compliments and good luck with learning the song. If I can explain any of the parts better for you feel free to message me.

Cracked crashes are just more fun. I had played the hell out of my old hats, so I converted the bottom one (all bent and messed up) to a crash - after I beat it up some more, of course. I was mostly taking inspiration from Bill Bruford and his King Crimson 'trash crash'.
