@Waylonstillthebest I agree completely. For me its almost a linear timeline...the further the years roll, the less consistent and great his output was. Don't get me wrong, he's still got a bunch of great tunes the last couple decades (understatement), but when you listen to the contents of the first Greatest Hits album compared to a compilation of his more recent hits, there's no comparison IMO. But hey, a lot of it comes down to songwriters, production, etc. George as a performer can't be beat.
