Steadicam testing at the Portland Japanesse Garden and Portland Rose Garden. June 27, 2009.
Video camera used is a Sony HDR-SR12. Montage of the best clips. This will take some practice.

  • thank you. yes I work at a machine shop. plan on modifying it this winter then I'll post that video of me running with it.

  • Nicely done. Do you work in the machine shop business? On the test, can you do a video of you running (jogging) and filming at the same time?

    What is the size and weight of the middle counterweights and at the bottom of the steadicam.?

    I'm not exactly sure how you built the middle adjusting part...would your care to elaborate on your design?
