from what i can tell that is the Apple login info that they use on the iPhone, not specifically these apps. I suggest you do some research to change the password on your iphone

ok..it tells me i have to pay for the update..

go on itunes... and click on your phone when the logo shows up and click restore then it will say must update after restore

If you want to update you gotta lose everything but everything is better all you can do is restore and just update( i recommend)
