@Schwarzkald you're kidding me right? DNA doesn't work like that, every single species in this planet shares at least some DNA apes also share DNA with flies. For the sake of the arguement imagine this numbers are real which i don't know. Apes share 30% DNA with flies and we share 95% DNA with big apes so if we share it with apes we must also share it with flies, not every single species has an entirely different DNA.

well we share about 44% of our DNA with fruit flies and aproximately 95 with closely related big apes such as chimpanzees, gorilas and orangutans.

The other problem is that, Africa is not the only continent with big apes, why apes did not evolved in the other countries, like Indonesia and Central & South America, as a matter of fact we share more DNA with Orangutans and Bonobos, than we do with Chimps and Gorillas and the former has show more intelligence than the later, unless humans evolved from different types of apes all over the world, instead of one place alone that will make more sense , than the out of Africa theory.

Problem with evolution is that it was made to fit Darwin's theory on the origin of species, the Brits went so far as to take the skull of and ape,fitted with the mandibles of a human,creating the first doubts of this theory,secondly that missing link has never been found.There is a big gap between apes and humans there is nothing in between to link them,until they could do that this theory is always in doubt,DNA proves nothing we share the same amount of DNA with apes as we do w/fruit flies.

They were just giving up searching in this area and leaving.One guy said wait I think I see something,so they continued digging.The first full biped female ape,3 feet tall was then found.In the background a Beatles tape was playing,"Lucy in the sky with diamonds".And so they named her Lucy.This was the cover story on TIME Magazine.

The book,The Naked Ape,says man was "forced" to change and adapt.Forced by larger apes away from their food source,they adapted ate roots,bark,fish etc.Could not see over tall grasses to hunt,forced, they adapted and stood up on two legs.Could not catch faster animals,forced to adapt and hunt in groups.Forced to think,and make tools to hunt and kill their prey, spears.Forced to learn new methods,throwing the spear.Forced to create..Desmond Morris assert we were lazy,forced not to be,and think.

For most scientists, it's on bipedalism : Monkeys goes on 4 legs, humans on 2.

The fact that thse monkeys were actually walking on 2 legs make them the first pre-human species.
