I was going to through their application process, and there's a section where you have to choose whether or not you're an American citizen. Being a Mexican citizen, I couldn't finish my application, sadly. So, I don't think you'd be able to volunteer for Peace Corps, since you're from Latvia, but just because you're from Latvia does not mean you're an American citizen; "lol."

i dont understand y you have to goo through a long asss process just to volunteer, smh i withdrew my applications,

I remember being 10, looking through the Peace Corps' website, saying, just eight more years. Now I realize I need a degree to be useful, or really bother applying, which I was going to get anyway. Its ok, I've waited my whole life, whats 4 more years?:)

When I decided to join Peace Corps youtube wasn't there to hype me up. These videos are well done, informative and show the professional attitudes that make up Peace Corps Volunteers. PCVs not only change lives and attitudes they change YOUR life and attitude.
