@twentyfofo it's possible that therma-paks aren' reusable but you can always try to boil it a little longer till all crystals are gone

Same problem with mine....What happened to my pad is that after I boiled it, it became liquid and without clicking the metal film, the liquid became solid again. I have no idea what's going on.

I have trouble with recharging this product. Even though disolve in a boiling water still it gets back to a hard crystalized state after cooling down. What could be the problem?
