we want to purchase gramo phone can you tell the prize and more details about this awsome device.

Sound not bad, but why play such a latter day 78
on a phonograph obviously designed for acoustical
earlier recordings, which would match it better? 78's
of the late 40's and after were equalized more for electric pickups.

Wow, that is awsome

Yeah, i use mine a lot too. They're incredibly resilient and the sound is amazing considering the age. I've heard later models with poorer sound quality than mine.

This is awesome, thanks for posting

Nice 103! Mahogany? I've got the 109, which is the same horn etc, but in a slightly bigger cabinet. They sound great for their size. How does the HMV compare with a victor of the same size?

I used to have a Victor VV-VI and this HMV blew it away. That was at the start of my hobby though, so in all fairness maybe the reproducer needed a rebuild. :-) Also, I don't know my woods... but thanks, Shane!

Got this record off eBay. The listing was mispelled "Desi Arnez" so I may be lucky that kept the price down. :-)
