  • The question should be "Can we cover everyone with what we pay now without degrading quality of service" and the answer is YES,

..to assume anyone else hasn't worked hard all their life is Arrogance, Selfishness, immoral, Greed & Gluttony!

America's problems stem from "Privatization of Infrastructure", the people build it and Corporations pay politicians to give it to them! It's Corporate Welfare and the slow steady creep of FASCISM!

Make no mistake, they want to "PRIVATIZE EVERYTHING"!!!

  • The reason why so many countries cover everybody with health insurance is:

    SOLIDARITY!!! :-)))

  • The Ending ses it all, TO BUY a copy of the show just send $20 it's all to do with money. Lets make the most money, not lets be fare to each other.

  • This man seems to express very balanced ideas. I wish voices like his could be heard more by our leaders.

  • Well, he is speaking the truth in the sense that those charity hospitals are tiny islands in an ocean. And government health care is spotty at best and non-existent in many places. I am from India and I know this very well.

There are also a few charity hospitals in the US where anybody can walk in. Does that mean the US has no health care crisis? Absolutely not.

  • 很好的問題!

  • He's not quite accurate about the Indian medical system: India has free charity hospitals. Sri Karunamayi sponsors one, as does Sai Baba. And the Indian government provides highly subsidized care as well. Bhutan has free universal healthcare...as do many other "third world" nations. See universal health care in wiki. Kind of disturbing that his "expert" is so cavalier with the truth.

  • Speaking of "the Healing of America" Obama actually said something quite valuable in his speech to the kiddos....although I still disapprove of his making it, in principle.

This whole healing thing kind of pisses me off, because I think there are FAR cheaper, more effective treatments that were suppressed almost a century ago (and continue to be repressed whenever they surface) which would make the whole discussion moot. Check out the medical stuff on Tom Bearden's site.
