The original Hamfist is alive and well and answering requests for contortion advice. I am on a number of sites and my profile includes all about me including my e-mail address.
"Hemfist" and "Homfist" have minimal knowledge of subject and their profiles give minimum detail.

Hamfist is the real deal...well known, responsible trainer in the contortion community. He was even featured on the contortion special on the Discovery Channel some years ago. "Hemfist" and other pretenders are just freaks...I don't even wanna KNOW why they do what they do!!

He keeps claiming to have been a trainer of contortionists for 30 years and I don't see any eveidence....What happened to the Hamfist account also?
