In 2002, Tyler Wright was re-hired by 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s Founder, Brian Scudamore 'to do something.' Tyler's idea to give out 1000 blue wigs at a Canucks playoff game got the company 50 local media hits in 10 days, and Tyler's PR career was solidified. He went on to help the junk hauler generate hundreds of media hits, including Oprah, CNN, Fortune, and the Wall Street Journal, which helped the company experience hyper-growth.

In 2004 Tyler started Megawatt PR (www.megawattpr.com) and has generated media coverage for companies all over North America. "My biggest customer expectation is that the CEO is willing to try new things and take risks," Tyler says. "A lot of people say they will, but only the brave tend to stand out." Tyler will be speaking on creating the cool factor within your company, 'The Story Behind the Story', and what companies NEED to do to break away from the pack.
