WITHOUT BERRY's PERMISSION, The Beach Boys took the melody Chuck Berry created for his song, "Sweet Little Sixteen", and released it as Surfin USA (with new lyrics). Since when do folks do a "tribute" by stealing your work? This was no business deal they discussed with him while he was in jail. That's ain't no "tribute", that's theft. They're not "BOTH" good songs 'cause there's not but ONE SONG--Berry's song-- with two sets of lyrics. Tell the truth.
