They tell their patients to drop out of college and force them to volunteer. They drug people into 20 hour a day somnolence and then call them lazy and unmovitiated.. They force people to see therapists who tell them drugs are healthy. They shock people who say they don't like their therapists. They won't let you leave the room until you say you like your therapist and that they helped you.

Anti-psychiatry in my opinion: making sure the shrinks who drug people blind (and all of the antipsychotics have the properties to do this) need to be tried for war crimes, they need to be stripped of their wealth and their assets distributed to their victims. the drug companies must pay for any disability benefits and all drugs used on the patients as a result of all the iatrogenic diseases their drugs caused.

what do you do if your not even remotely mental ill but there saying you are even based on if you tend to. this mental heath are making more shit up all the time. A messy house get intervention these days.what are peoples right that have done nothing only been stereo type to these smirking creeps. I have ignored and it was a mental illness. Working with homeless folks who are drug addicts are often systematized into taking psycho-tropic drugs that make their dis-ease worst than ever. Keep up the good educational work. I advocate Humane Liberation for all of us.

I have a mother in law. taking a bunch of meds for bipolar and now low thyroid function. Can you recommend a way to do a washout, clean out her system of all meds and find out how she would function without them. Try a natural approach to feeling better, exercise/healthy diet and group therapy. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Not being a medical doctor, I can't give medical advice; It's illegal. I recommend you find a holistic doctor or a clinical nutritionist to help you.
Dr. Bellonzi who I video sometimes has the resources in his clinic to deal with what you talking about. You can find his website in the video descriptions of any of his videos.

Why are all antipsychiatry activists labeled as Scientologists? It seems that as I search for good sites regarding the issue, I always see things such as, "Don't trust the antipsychiatry movement. It's all Scientology propoganda!" Why is it that only Scientologists can be antipsychiatry and everyone else is "sane" enough to know better?

It's a just a public relations tactic. To invalidate a movement, you pick a group that's part of the movement that seems radical and then you make it look like the whole movement is radical. People do the same thing by making all Muslims look like terrorist or all Jews seem greedy. Most anti-psych people aren't scientologists but are pissed off ex-consumers and professionals.

family member had textbook paranoid schizophrenia. i recognized the signs and immediately got him psychiatric help. now he's off his meds and gaining control of his own life. please understand that anti-psychiatrics may have had bad experiences with psychiatry but psychiatry is here to help people. what are your treatments for psychosis, maybe hearing voices 24/7 to kill or be killed?
