"Villisca" director Kelly Rundle and historian Dr. Edgar Epperly interviewed by Catherine Crier on CourtTV on November 21, 2006. The show originates in New York, Kelly is in Los Angeles, and Ed in Minneapolis.
@MakeADoc I would say Kelly did it judging by his characteristic traits such as being sexually perverted, crazy etc.
Although the killer was probably neither of any of the suspects but actually a stranger who just sat back and watched the news while laughing. They will never really know who did it. But it makes me angry to know that the killer would have passed away unpunished and lived a good life despite his actions.
This is one horrific murder that's for sure. Truly evil.
i remeber catherine from espn's horse racing coverage which lasted only one year. i think she left because their were too many people working on it's horse racing coverage. where is catherine at now? coming into espn's coverage when she joined i didn't know she was that famous and well known journalist.
Kelley didn't do it, William (Blacky Mansfeild) and his acomplice Harry Whipple did. and they are still in the house. Harry, whishes he would have stopped Blacky from harming the children. People have talked to the family and the two murders who were hired by Frank F. Jones, because Joe Moore had money transaction papers against Frank. Sarah woke up when the murder's hit Joe with the axe, and she yelled out "lord no please no" and they were afraid she woke up the rest of the house.
@Ashers906 Where did you get that information?

It is said that the ghost of the murder can be found within the attic of the Villisca house. If this is true, the muder can tell us who he is.

What, could they not spell then? "Police Without Clews"?
No wonder they couldn't find the killer...they could barely spell words.
