  • how you get them so tame?

  • @Medafoure My female has always been tame, right from the moment I got her. Jut has a really good attitude, never even struck at me. Ever. The male is a different story, he has his moods when he hates everything and sometimes he's nice as pie. But the key is not to be afraid, take the bite. They will eventually get the idea that it's not going to make you go away and they will stop biting, it usually doesn't take long but most people get bit once and that's it. Show no fear And Ur good

  • @black0ricky

cool where do you get the perches?

also its good to see another black man in the herp trade. i dont feel so outcast..,.

  • @Medafoure Thanks bro. If ur talking about the clear plexiglass perches, they came with my setup when I bought it. The other ones are scorched PVC that I made. I just bought some 1.5" PVC and some appropriate sized connectors. Then you take a blow torch and burn it till it looks nice. Then wash it down after it cools and you're good to go

  • Beautiful Chondro bro. You also have a great pic quality in your vids. Wonder what type of camera you use...Anyway thanks for the sweet look at a beautiful animal...

  • Were did u get those perches??

  • theres a big misconception with green tree pythons that people make, its all about trust with these snakes, they bite out of fear. you should hold them alot and use a hook for the first couple of months having them (such as adult ones) not talking just to you but to every1

  • @black0ricky

yeah i heard of doing that., but i heard that the fumes and the smell is bad and it takes long to go away when you burn it.,.,

I'm not really 'afraid' to get bit,, its more of the initial reaction from when you try to pull away when they strike, that if they land a strike and i pull away i can pull out their teeth and/or damage something else. Cause their bite feels like velcro, i just dont want to injure it when I instinctively react.

Are you in the T Dot?

  • Nice sorong homie :)

how does he look now? check out my little new one

    OGMOSES

  • i think black0ricky is right... and the python got the right size to be handled...
