Tht elbow pain you guys get I also get. It's tennis elbow it's from use the joint to much. Sum ppl hav weaker joints than others an we r sum of them ppl. Let it heal up an don't over do it in the gym. Don't use to heavy of weight until ur joints get use to it. Take it slow!!

@bigronnie16 Seriously im going through the same exact pain, dam... man i just hit the gym a couple of days back after 2 years of no working out. All of a sudden im doing burpies and the next day i get this sharp pain in my right elbow it is horrible.

hey man my elbows are killing me after my bench press and it stays for about 2 days am i over training

When you workout, the goal is to make microscopic tears in the muscles, this is what creates the soreness "obviously". The time you start overtraining is when you go back in the gym while you are sore, and still rebuilding that muscles because it has been torn down, and workout the same damn bodypart
After leg day i berely sit on the toilet :)
