@uxwbill Pump is 3 years old - Radiator is new - Fan R+Relay don't know - Fans are running - etc..
When I stop, the engine is fine and the radiator is not boiling or steaming. Could it be electrical problems I guess. It shoots up as if it was running dry burning up.. I took the thermo off and still.. Hope to get it right. Maybe the pump ? or it could be the panel is going bananas because when it rains? I see water inside by the driver's seat on the floor.
Thanx

I have a 2003 and hit a car in the back. 4000euro of costs to the other car and on my voyager only a cracked bumber. Nobody even saw the crack but i did buy a new front bumber. So i gues they are more or les strong cars. mine is a diesel.

Have you guys made any progress on the timing yet on this van?
My 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager SE Temp indicator is shooting up to Hi temp after running for 3 or 4 min. Any clues..?

@girotube Just a guess: air in the cooling system is a possibility, as is a defunct water pump, bad thermostat (though it usually takes them longer than that to open, especially on these new engines where things run hot) or major internal malfunction. I'd check for air first, though.

Did you guys buy the van brand new in 2000? Are you going to do a walkthrough of it?

Yes, it was purchased new. I could do an interior view. Somewhere I've got a video of installing a new radio in it. I never got around to editing it and I can't find it now. Too many computers...
