As long as your video is in the right format such as WMV and H.264 and meet a certain bitrate, then yes you can play on xbox 360. But let me ask you again. Why do you want a Zune HD to watch HDTV when you already have xbox 360? For me my only reason is to test out the mobile capability and using 5 W to play HD movies. However, you mostly have to do the conversion job in order to play HD move on Zune HD when you download movies from BT.

Notice that the iPod touch has a screen resolution of 480 x 320 3:2 while the Zune HD is 480 x 272 16:9. When you watch a movie use 16:9 instead coz ipod touc. And iPhone have black bar which makes the screen even small to display than Zune HD

I would liked to have seen an iPod Touch and not the iPhone when making comparisons.

Sorry I really don have iPod touch. But I can tell you the 3rd gen iPod touch performs the same as 3Gs in terms of speed. The dimension of the screen of 3Gs and iPod touch are the same except the thickness. The thickness of the iPod touch is almost the same as zune HD maybe only a hair line difference.
