Matt Stokes - Stand Up Debut

In the Autumn of 2007 I decided to do something I'd wanted to do for years - attempt stand up comedy. Having been scribbling material down in various bits of paper and in the back of my diary since about 2001 I finally kicked myself into action and stopped being so terrified.

I booked myself on the -Amused Moose Stand Up & Deliver- comedy course run by Logan Murray in the Autumn of last year (2007) and on February 13th 2008 I was last on at our comedy showcase in the West End Of London and performed to a room of people.......they wet themselves!.......YES!

This probably won't happen every time of course but for a first gig, I couldn't be happier. Definitely a dream come true.
