Sounds like where the being sees the repetitive emotional patterns of the mind in its learned reactions to what is, but falls short of seeing through them and thus at the actual reality of life...
much like the repetitive nihilistic sound track and text overlaying the once joyous (in childhood) hanna barabara cartoons...an effective metaphor.
This video is beyond great and made my day, which tells you a lot about my day. I also really liked Rudy61287's comment, which I'm thinking about excerpting into a homemade greeting card for a couple of friends: "In this lousy, half baked, homogenized, varnished and dumbed down crap hole of a world...I am glad there is you!" seems like a lovely sentiment for those you care about. Perhaps with a picture of Peter Lorre...but not from a Hanna-Barbera cartoon. I prefer Warner Brothers.
This is completely Brilliant. Just imagine Mr. L saying "Ich Kann Nicht." Ouch.... I hope that Merrill's life is really a lot happier now. I've been a fan for years, starting with Hap Hap Happy Like Me!!! Hope she reads this complEmEnt!
I saw a 46 second video of an out of focus parrot that got136,000 hits. Thats when I realized: Damn! I forgot to add a blurry parrot. I will know for next time.
