he doesn't look "sad and ashamed" to me.
in fact, he sounds proud and edgy.
but, i give it to him for reading so well the script handed by his publicist. my only regret is, his publicist didn't work hard to give the public and chris brown something fresh and new to say. we have heard this kind of lines before.
this apology video is bereft of sincerity and connection.
