u can not grow most other crops where opium is generally grown, not effectively anyway especially in mountain baron regions; the answer is to licence opium growers like in turkey and buy the drugs for hospitals etc and starve the drugs barons of drugs and destroy unlicenced fields or places where illicit evidence exists like lanced or cut poppies. we should not grow opium in gloucestershire for NHS when we CAN grow anything; get my drift?
