I always wonder... How come that in the UK, where it's colder, the "night out" uniform is a tiny dress with no coat? I live in southern Spain and most girls go out with jackets or coats when it's cold, specially if it's Christmas night. In New Year Eve's parties, there is a place to leave coats and jackets (and it's advertised, because it's a necessity people pay extra for). I guess those Northerners endure the harsh cold better, but... Christmas night in UK and it's normal to NOT wear a coat?
