Looks like sensitive myoclonus to me. It can be started from any number of things including music or movement. I have had action myoclonus for over 9 months now and mine is mainly stimulated from movement in my legs/hip flexors and arms, sometimes goes to my neck and voice. It all started with leg spasms and I haven't found an underlying cause at the start but continue to have more symptoms. Good luck to you, I can feel your movements and your hurt and frustration. Best wishes Hope

you should get an mri with dye and maybe even a spinal tap (lumbar puncture) to rule out anything serious but it looks like kinetic movements to me...maybe even some type of seizure see if you can get the tests i mentioned plus an EEG done to rule out a lot of things...best of luck to you. Oh and please check out my videos they cant diagnose me either. THey arent sure what is causing my tics or whatever it is that is making me move....please check em out and comment thanks!

I know exactly what you are going through, I have MS and secondary myoclonus. Secondary because it is a symptom of MS and I also have dystonia. The tremors, really bad jerking ,is a form of myoclous. The turning of the head, arms & hands curling and tighting, legs, feet turning in & problem walking . What you have is a severe case of Dystonia, a movement disorder. I get Botox injections in both legs to stop over active muscles, every 3 months. So far it works. Hope this helps.

Alright after my rant yesterday, let me ask... Have you ever taken any anti-psychotic medicine? Such as ativan? I've watched almost all your video and it looks exactly like what I have. Tardive Dyskinesia. If you're on ativan switch to valium and ween off ASAP. It took me 3 months and an anti-convulsant to recover somewhat. This is no joke.

Do you know why all the doctors say conversion disorder? Because in medical school they show a lot of students a video example of something that looks neurological and pound it in the students' head that if symptoms wax and wane, they must be psychological. It's bullshit. So is "essential tremor" psychological too? It's a joke.
Why can't i get a proper diagnoses...If it is conversion disorder how can it progress how can it happen when i was unconscious how can the left side of my body be paralyzed for hrs with no sensation no reflexes ...why wouldn't i be able to make it stop....I feel as though im loosing my mind..there are no dr's i can find for conversion disorder or a neurologist who cares HELP

Defenitely a neurological disorder(hyperkinetic) with athetosis and myoclonus movements. Before they diagnose it as a psychogenic disorder, they should put you through the normal protocal, including all the necessary neurological and kinetic testing, then prescribe corrective medication. Have they done any of this?

no i went to see a specialist in philidelphia...i was there for a total of 25 minutes...he talked for 15 i gave him these vids to watch then he came back and said...conversion disorder...not one test. I'm frustrated because they were supposed to be top rated ...but i felt dismissed
