according to his speech, he wants to LOCK UP and detain people for "PRE-CRIME"
That's right, no crime commited, no due process. Just on the say so of the government, a person can be locked in jail for 10 YEARS!

He is inexperienced and has no idea how the real world works. All of his world view values where developed while in a drug haze during high school and college. I work for Gen Petreaus (indirectly) and think he is an exceptional leader. I think it's way TOO soon to make a call on Obama. I think he realizes his mistake on the memos/GITMO closure (without a plan) and is open to his advisors' recommendations. I don't necessarily think he's lying so much as he is considerate of the mistakes of the past and does not want to repeat them.
