@FusselFur There is a link that allows public annotations. Anyone who watches the video can place their own annotation. Apparently this isn't helpful when you have so many people annotating it. :)

how do u disable annotations?

At the bottom-right corner of the video, you'll see a triangle pointing up. Put your cursor/mouse over it and a panel pops up show two more buttons. The top button is for turning annotations on/off. If it's red, it means annotations are on. Click on it once to turn it off. The second button which says "CC" is for close captions/subtitles. Click on it if you want to enable it.
