Hicaz Sirto - Composer: SULTAN Abdulaziz *1830 - Music of Ottoman Empire

Abdülaziz I or Abd Al-Aziz, His Imperial Majesty (Ottoman Turkish: `Abdü´l-Âzīz-i evvel عبد العزيز) (February 9/18 1830 -- 4 June 1876) was the 32nd Sultan of the Ottoman Empire and reigned between 25 June 1861 and 30 May 1876. He was the son of Sultan Mahmud II and succeeded his brother Abdülmecid I in 1861.

Born at the Eyüp Palace, Constantinople, on 9/18 February 1830, Abdülaziz received an Ottoman education but was nevertheless an ardent admirer of the material progress that was made in the West. He was interested in literature and was also a classical music composer. Some of his compositions have been collected in the album "European Music at the Ottoman Court" by the London Academy of Ottoman Court Music.

  • en iyi bu gusel Great...

  • @Mattichimaru Actually It's not about reflection of stars or etc.The Stars means GOD(Allah) crescent means(Prophet(Hz.Muhammed sav.)).Red means as you guess..

  • @1oldedog82 What?

  • @UmayrTakwir Seljuk

  • @UmayrTakwir Don't mind them ya akhi, that's how they are brought up and tought at school. We've to put aside our diffrence's and unite under the banner of Islam. The kaffirs have divided and made us hate each other so that we may not unite again, but insha Allah soon we will unite, esselamun aleykum.

  • ...and if all empires are about $, the evil root, why would the Biblical Jesus say "give unto Caesar that which is Caesars..." unless Bible translation was altered and/or councils of 'here and there' accomodated the nobility (Vatican once was run by Nobility since many came from elite families). Biblical text implies a veiled justification for even Princes of the Churches to collect $. Religions are tax exempt! Food of thought for who care. Patriarchal Empires. Same old slave/master structure.

  • Would the advent of money have any link to the advent of imperialism? If money is the root of all evil then what does this say about $ all $ Empires $?

  • @Mattichimaru Sorry I meant the british queen

  • @Citylife10 It was. Actually at its peak every other nation was terrified of it. It took every single army in Europe to defend against an attack on Vienna as they knew if the Ottomans broke through they would eventually reach London. Also, The spanish armada was supposedly sunk by a storm at sea. Idk why the british have come up with this, but your queen requested the aid of ottoman ships as they were the most powerful navy around at the time and they destroyed spanish fleets.

  • @UmayrTakwir What were Turks before Islam? The most large and powerful empire in the world, the Mongolian Empire. Stfu. Arabs took the Ottoman Moon and star (which is a sign of respect for the first ottoman leader Osman, as when he died his blood reflected the shine of the moon and star.)
