  • Very beautiful. So this was played on 4 Conn 88h trombones? I've been looking into a new trombone to buy and have been considering that model and the Bach 42.

  • I'd go for a Conn before Bach everytime, but that's just my preference. The modern Conn 88 Thin wall plays similar to the old Elkhart. I now have a Shires Trubore with Elkhart specs...a fantastic horn if you're willing to part with the money.

  • Isn't the Bach factory still on strike.... or they have rehired inconsistent workers??

  • I'm really not sure....

  • This is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous tones, amazing blend of sounds, stunning piece of music!!!!

Oh, and if anyone knows where I could find the sheet music for this (either purchase or download for free), then PLEASE message me!!! I've been looking all over for an arrangement of this for low brass, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

  • Well done!!

  • @Chloe19571 I played an older Conn 88H (built in the mid 70s) for years - fantastic instrument. Not as large as some of the other professional tenors, with a superb mellow sound. I understood that Conn's quality dropped some in the late 80s but has come back up again. I do not know what the modern Conn 88 is like. The Bach 42B is a fine instrument, larger than the Conn. If I had to choose, I would pick my vintage Conn 88H any day.

  • @DannyBurgoyne My email is lucasbennett27@yahoo.com

  • Bellissimo,grazie maestro.

It was so beautiful . I own an Artist Symphony 88H and this made even more enjoyable everything.
