  • I have a new Thai food blog! JoysThaiFood dotcom :P Joy

  • Can you explain more about the 'salted egg'?? What it is and when it goes in?? Thanks... looks interesting!

  • Salted Egg is a way for us to preserve food. We soaked eggs in salted water for a certain time. :) it can go in before or after you turn off the fire.

  • I remember it was only 12 baht for food at Ubon Ratchathani University. :)

  • I like this menu. I like squid.

  • i think the sounds came from metal against metal. the food is interesting but the sound is annoying, try using a wooden spoon. otherwise the food looks great
