Ha Ha, he is so cheap at times. 2nd and 4th forms are so cheap looking it made me laugh at those times. Great fight and awesome skill, he reminds me of Bayonetta secret insane boss father rodin.

I know that PS3 is able to play games from any region, but for yakuza kenzan is there an english and/or subtitles cause I lve in europe and they might not bring it over. Looks amazing.

Heh, thanks. My skill is actually quite lacking, lol

But this is the supposedly easy way to beat this dude.  Just use healing items a lot and Heat Action his face off. He's pretty tough!! Dude I swear, when he goes into those damned infinite weak attack strings, which break your guard...ugh I hate that!

Oh and Rodin made me go nuts, too. I knew you were supposed to equip the Climax Bracelet and spam kicks with the Kilgore equipped, but it still took me a billion tries to kill him, ha ha ha

Lol yea that is the strategy I used. It doesnt work when rodin does his flashstep super speed melees when his health finally reaches last bar.

The infinite combo cancel manuver that 2nd stage amon(insert 17 century honorifics) has is do cheap. I heard that it in japanese no language change option. Sad face. Guess I have to learn apanese because the games worth it. If I have a pal TV if I play yakuza kenzan on region free ps3 will My TV still display it. Is Yakuza kenzan region locked

Yeah it's a really great game, better'n 3 in some ways in my opinion!

But only Japanese, yeah. I don't think they're gonna localize this one. They kinda wigged out on the release of Yakuza 3 and cut all kinds of crap anyway...they might cut everything if they brought this one over!

Oh and thus far, I believe no PS3 title is region-locked. I have a U.S. PS3 and played Kenzan and #3 just fine (as well as Bayonetta, SF4, Samurai 3, um...I dunno a few others I'm forgetting)

Ohhh, OK! I think I know what you mean.

You have to equip the greatsword that he gives you. It's probably the only greatsword that you have at that point. Go to the equipment menu, third line from the top, move to the left off the kodachi, and equip the sword.

the part i'm stuck at is in a big town, but all the exits are bloked and then the guy sais something in japanese and im lost.... after i have tried to talk to this sword maker (i think) and no matter what i click in the dialogue i cant leave his house. But to be honest i havent picked up the game since then (year or 2) when i played it i did play it with a GameFAQs from gamespot but now i have no clue were i am any more
