Final Fantasy 8 - Ultra Rare Robotnik Battle

If you walk around in any forest segment in the overworld, and complete 9001 battles in a row, robotnik will appear.
On the 9002nd battle, there is a 1 in over 9000 chance you will come across Robotnik.
Unfortunately his attack is megapingas, which deals over 9000 damage to all of your party members.
If defeated (with use of a PingasShark no doubt) you will be awarded with a pingasblade, and each party member will be promoted (not to be confused with levelling up)
