Great advice, I've seen this on several occasions. Something to keep in mind if the vibration continues after adding the foam, make sure you tail shaft isn't bent as well. Also when adding foam to fuse use a dense foam glued to fuse and be sure to cut a channel for the pitch rod to pass through.
Stuff the thin area between tail and fuse with foam, also the rear of the doghouse area and the back end of the fuse, pack it in tight and it works well to stop the tail wobble.
