@lonelywolfpro Search on youtube... I think there is no other way, you can only obtain him by gameshark code. He is not needed, but with him game is more fun. I'm also curious why CAPCOM made him as a brother, if there is no way to obtain him other than cheats... (at least I don't know other ways, maybe there are).

how did you get L.Master Shin as a brother? Other than that, nice battle, I think that I can beat him now, I wasn't sure how to dodge some of his attacks.
