Barnes Boffey rides the strip-ed pony

once upon a time on the shores of Lake Morey at a little slice of utopia called Aloha Camp there was a counselor meeting. in this counselor meeting Gordo solicited volunteers for the creation of creative boothz for the Lanakila Fourth of July Carnival. actually, she didn't say they had to be creative. BUT, James and Beth who were sitting next to each other and beside diane decided that they were destined to make the most creative carnival booz in the history of lake morey.

later that evening by the light of a green headlamp, the three met at the totem pole to pow-wow. would they do fortune telling? no. face painting? no. pony rides? pony rides? well... YES... of COURSE! beth didn't have a pony mask, per se, but she did bring to camp her zebra mask. ooh- they should do zebra rides. zebra rides? no. stripe-ed pony rides? YES.

ah, but how to make the pony? shall the riders mount them back-pack style? no. shall the pony walk on all fours with rider atop their back? no. shall the riders sit astride a rocking chair? no. shall the two ends of the pony employ a bedframe as their midsection and trot around a pony ring demarcated by blue ribbon and parking stakes? YES.
