this is awesome, I used to have a pearl and had a setting that i could just insert some numbers and change the color, but it doesn't work on the Curve, and thanks to this, I've finally gotten the red track ball! :D You rock.

Wouldn't you just get a different-colored trackball and then change it? Don't use shit like sharpies, alcohol or water to do such a simple thing!
