I'm 17, and this definately means a lot to me. In fact, I searched specifically for this performance, after reading in Adam's autobiograph about how he and the band were harassed by a group of skinhead, prior to the show. And also how this appearence on the show aided the band's rise to fame. (Also, this clip is from 1980)

yeah, read the autobiography too, it was fantastically written!! Even though I saw this performance before reading the book, I came to watch it again exactly for the same reason :-)) ...and to see how he "sweated a hell of a lot in the David Hemmings cavalry jacket" lol
