What a horrible thing to say! Are you so perfect when you look in your mirror? No-one is perfect, and any singer will tell you that it's very difficult to look perfect when aiming for a particularly high note with a difficult consonant on it - are you a singer? I suggest you look in your mirror and try to sing with the virtuosity and the secure technique of Ms Damrau and look photo perfect.

If you can't say anything nice, please don't say something stupid.

I'm a singer as well! I'm a mezzo though, so I couldn't even dream of singing this stuff. I'm absolutely in love with her Mozart album. It's in the CD player in my car!

I'm an opera singer and I know how difficult it is, believe me. I have the same voice type as the divine Ms. Damrau, and, trust me, it is very demanding stuff. Hope you continue to enjoy Ms. Damrau's gorgeous voice. Have you listened to her Mozart album? Wow! :-)

ugh! just the best! THE BEST! I envy her, yet she has worked so hard for the voice and the success she has. She deserves all her greatness. Someday I hope to sing with her in Germany <3 so absolutely brilliant, and would probably be a great teacher as well!

She's cute and nice. And even in this "production" without stage, without costumes, I get the chills when I hear the aria of the queen of the night. If I had to compile a list of the greatest achievements of humankinds, this aria would make it into the top ten.
