  • I don't know why and I honestly hope you don't take this in any poor way, but I picture you (because of your voice) being like a mix of a Maori warrior and the restaurant owner from 50 first dates. But in all seriousness, I love your videos, they're really well done and very entertaining, and I hope you keep them going (despite uploading problems). They really are a lot of fun!

  • @ofsjason ...No offense taken and a better guess than most. Some people think I'm Black which I'm not. I have to remind them this is Hawaii...a lot of sun, time at the beach, etc. And that many racial extractions have brown skin not to mention tanning from the sun...lol!

Thanks for watching my videos and the support!

  • Hey, I just bought one love it but the axis lock hurts my fingers. I noticed you mentioned you had a similar problem does it get better as the knife gets broken in? Thanks

  • @JMGZ8 ...10-4...with time and a drop of oil it's smoothing out.

  • The knife just might attract the sharks to you. Even the smallest predator can be a danger to man in the water. We had a girl down here vacationing whose hand was just torn to shreds by a Barracuda in the water. They had to fly her to Miami for reconstructive surgery. They have no idea why it attacked but those things are notorious for gunning after glinting objects.

  • @MikesMethods ...10-4...they go fo surfers and boogie boarder because they think their sea turtles, seals, sea lions, etc...

    Thanks for sharing.

  • J.T. your reviews are always the real deal. The ones you like ,you explain why. Those that aggravate you ,you tell what bugs you about them. honest and real. Great reviews all the time. Thanks for all your efforts.

    Peace.

  • For such an expensive dive knife, you would think it would at least have a line cutter. Dive knives can be used as weapons, but they're meant as a tool. This one seems kind of lacking.

  • @MikesMethods When I was a kid growing up in Florida back in the 1980s, a barracuda did exactly that to me. I was swimming over a reef near Bahia Honda in a pretty big one swam by. I was wearing a silver necklace and I swear that thing slowed down, stared at it, and bolted. It didn't get me though. Perhaps they know when you are looking at them and ready to block (or try). I don't know. I definitely would not wield a shiny blade in the water now.

  • @john1112112 its because if u were trying to rescue someone underwater the blade would be extrememly close to them so it is rounded so you dont stab them

  • mm looks nice !

  • Sweet! Thanks for shooting this knife – I've been looking into it, but vids are hard to come by. Cheers, man.
