August of 1961 was the time in the sun for The Jarmels from Richmond, Va. as they took "A Little Bit Of Soap" all the way to #12 in the nation and forever stamped their footprint on the sands of Carolina Beach Music.

  • is this on an album? or is it a single

  • @adicoIor This particular recording was from an album.

  • @adicoIor This recording is from an album which cannot be purchased through normal online channels like i-tunes or amazon.com. About the only way I think you might find it would be by contacting the Wax Museum in Charlotte, NC (they may have a website) or Ripete Records (check internet for them) and ask for any "beach music" compilation album which might include it. The one I own has probably been out of print for years.
