I work for a large bank and approved 100's of PEOPLE for HAMP. Most of them are extremely pleased and very thankful. The guidelines are easy. If your gross income is <31% you do not qualify. At that point, you would seek out an internal or investor option, not the govt. option B/C you CAN afford your home.

Been there, done that. There's no such thing. It's only a scam to get you to make more payments while the bank is getting the foreclosure process going. Yep....only time. Time when the bank will sent the shiriff to kick you out. So don't be too happy now.....You will soon find out that it's all a dream. Hamp is even worse...........you lie!

I applied over 4 months ago and since I am on time with my payment wells Fargo refuses to tell me if I even qualify!
They won't say es or No
I AM SUEING THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR BREACH OF PROMISE
I URGE YOU TODO THE SAME
THIS PROGRAM IS A BIG FRAUD-== You will end up worse off
THEY ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO CHANGE YouR LOAN---This guy is WRONG
The program is voluntary on the lenders part
They have stolen our money
