click on arcade mode, and on the match up screen there should be a square box right above your player's stats. tap it and you will be able to use the skills that you have purchased. while in the game, when your rage bar fills up the icon of your selected skill will be used. hope this helped :)

If your reflexes are average or better, this game is legit. Three fights (tops) is all it takes to get used to the physics.
