Sponsor: http://RidleyReport.com/Class - Remember the "Judge wigs out" story where a New Hampshire-bound activist takes on a New Jersey court?

Well here is the next hearing in that traffic case, as he continues his measured defiance... and continues to audio tape the proceedings.

  • The "Judge" is LITERALLY saying, "this is NOT a Court of Record" and "this IS a Court of Equity" and "this is NOT a court at common law guaranteed by the constitution". I like that Judge! He would fit in just fine in Soviet Russia, where you don't break the law, the law breaks YOU.

  • see this is the problem- Democracy is 2 wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch; LIBERTY is the well armed lamb contesting the vote.

  • @swu880 well I would say republic but I guess you got it

  • @BG2071 witness 2) a person who sees an event. 3) a person who observes the signing of a document like a will or a contract and signs as a witness on the document attesting that the document was signed in the presence of the witness. 4) v. to sign a document verifying that he/she observed the execution of the document such as a will.

  • @BG2071 'signature'- A mark or sign made by an individual on an instrument or document to signify knowledge, approval, acceptance, or obligation.

  • @BG2071 Nobody actually 'signed' the constitution. only in 'witness' of...

  • You cannot use the Constitution to defend yourself because you are not a party to it. (Padelford Fay & Co. v. The mayor and Alderman of the City of Savannah 14 Georgia 438, 520)

  • u guys are fuckin stupid,,,,,,go home and watch porn!!

  • @RidleyReport The "judge" is correct. The Constitution does not apply. Why? The Constitution gives its protected the unlimited right to contract - even if that means unwittingly contracting out from under it and into a completely different system of governance. That's what we were all deceived into doing. Also, no one bothered to inquire as to whether or not the "judge" has and is acting on his official oath. The judge revealed everything that needed to be known.

  • @RidleyReport Is there any way to communicate with you in real time (or close to it)?

  • @RidleyReport However, it also makes me feel some anxiety to watch your videos because whether or not you know it (and you don't because you don't know certain truths, and you have not fully awakened to who and what you truly are) you are unwittingly submitting to that which you fight. That's why they ignore what you say and roll right over you, doing whatever they please. There have been many times I wanted to explain certain things to you, but doing so over YouTube would take eternity. :)
