This was the first official music video by Finn Harald Røed. Written in Kristiansand and released on the Internet in 2005. However, this particular video version's audio has been updated with the final release of "I replace myself", which was re-recorded in Sweden and released on the album "Magical Graphic Color Scheme" (November 2008). The song was originally written in 2003, and several versions of it was available on different web sites before it ended up on the album. It is in many ways Røed's signature track from the 2000's, and the song title was the inspiration and reason for the domain name for his website: www.ReplaceYourself.com.
I agree with OuterB - haven't heard it before, but still it hit me hard right away. Different and familiar. Deserves more views!! o)

I really love this song, check out Finns web site for more music. It's like a great 80's tune you have never heard before. The film clip is for some reason I can't explain a little unusual but has a great retro almost avant garde/arty feel to it which really suits.
Good stuff....

Great song! Cool but somewhat strange music video, but goes well with the lyrics.

Der er masser af skandiavisk popmusik, men Finn har skrevet musik og udgivet fem soloplader med noen af mine yndlingssange. For eksempel "I replace myself"!
