i do dumble presses on flat bench...inclined...and then declined...and butterfly's for chest, i stopped bench pressing after i found out it just makes ur chest worse if u already have a lil extra fat....but now im hearing that i should avoid even the declined dumble press cuz it builds the weight on ur lower chest..and since i ALREADY have extra...should i quit declined? PLEASE ANSWER BACK :/

He said do this exercise once a week... I'd say prob do it at least twice a week if moobs are the main concern... If u take zinc & stay focus on routine & diet, you should be fine by next year...otherwise your Dr. will tell you if breast tissue is the issue, then surgery will be your answer..if so, still continue to follow routine!!!

@edvinity.... U are saying wrong !!! It's not testosterone, it's estrogen !! When u have estrogen you develop manboobs which is also called gynocomastia in medical terms. Testosterone is male hormone and it actually decreases man boobs.

It's not only the fact of doing these work outs... usually the cause of moob's is high levels of Testostorone which usually appears in young teens and people in their 40's or older. For instance avoiding soy products and avoiding Hormoes products ( meats and dairy products) Use more organic products.
